The strengthening and endurance program Aqua Fit protects the joints and promotes fat burning. Our water aerobics is done with additional equipment such as aqua dumbbells.

"T-BOW®" and train "rocking" and "bobbing" endurance, strength, coordination, stabilization and flexibility. The program is suitable for beginners and advanced.
Zumba ® is a dance fitness program, inspired by Latin American dances. The combination of aerobics and Latin rhythms with light, memorable choreographies is fun for everyone. Music with fast and slow rhythms provides the fun factor in this endurance training for more fitness and weight loss.
Step aerobics with sophisticated choreography promotes your stamina and fat burning and strengthens your leg and butt muscles. For beginners and advanced students we offer courses of varying intensity.

Special training for the abdominal, leg and buttock musculature - to effectively combat "problem areas".
The fitness center offers cardio and weight-training equipment.

Yoga (= depends on the trainer, therefore not regularly!)
Hardly any fitness program is as versatile as yoga: workout and relaxation, stretching and breathing techniques. Get to know yourself and your body, its strengths and its limits. Body and breathing exercises are trained.
This program is designed to strengthen the entire musculature and tighten the body. There are also small accessories such as dumbbells, Thera tapes or tubes used.
Problems with the posture or the back? Then you're in the right place with our Back Fit program. Exercises with and without equipment as well as many useful tips can later be usefully integrated into everyday life.
The so-called XCO® trainers are aluminum tubes filled with loose mass, similar to dumbbells that promote fat burning. The merger of pure walking with the XCO®-Trainer not only makes XCO®-Walking a healthy and very effective sport, the XCO®-Workout is in no way inferior.
