The main idea is to create a daily resort area that will include a miniature farm with a Mill Restaurant based on very diverse agricultural products bearing the brand YERLİM which can nationally be accepted as a brand for eco-agricultural tourism business. YERLİM reflects the basic philosophy of the way producing should be. While cultivating our fruits and vegetables, local and regional species are used, we are aware about land’s history and geography, traditional agricultural and manufacturing methods are combined with modern technology, health standards are maintained which results in a certified organic production. By giving priority to a clean soil, safe and high nutritional values and using traditional methods, we are able to offer certified organic products to the consumer. This endless care and attention to every aspect of the environment during the whole production process, finally results in an ecological product that can be offered to the consumer in full confidence.
