Accommodation and Check-In Procedures
• Guests under the age of 18 who wish to stay without their parents or legal guardians must present, at check-in, a consent form approved by the relevant official authorities or an equivalent official document. If the required document cannot be provided, is incomplete, or its validity cannot be verified, accommodation cannot be provided in accordance with our legal obligations.
• Guest rooms are intended solely for accommodation purposes. All guests staying in a room are required to complete their registration at the reception.
• Unregistered visitors are not permitted to enter guest rooms or other areas of the hotel. If an unregistered guest is identified, an additional one-person accommodation fee will be charged to the account of the registered guest staying in the room.
• For access to hotel services and the safety of our guests, the wristbands provided during check-in must be worn throughout the stay.
• Late check-out requests are subject to hotel availability. Guests are kindly requested to contact the reception team in advance regarding such requests.
• Room cards should be kept safely and must not be shared with third parties. In case of loss or malfunction, please contact our reception team for assistance.
Safety and Use of Common Areas
• Children should always be accompanied on balconies and should not be allowed to climb on furniture in guest rooms. Adult supervision is required on stairs and in similar areas. Children should also not be left unattended in elevators.

• To ensure that our pools remain enjoyable and hygienic for everyone, all guests are kindly requested to follow the pool rules. Babies and young children may only enter the pool wearing swim diapers specifically designed for pool use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
• If a foreign object that may compromise hygiene is found in a pool, the relevant pool may be temporarily closed to allow the necessary cleaning and disinfection procedures to be carried out. During this time, other pools or aquapark areas may be used, subject to the available facilities.
• To ensure that all guests can use our common areas fairly and comfortably, we kindly ask that sun loungers are not reserved for extended periods with personal belongings or towels. Unused sun loungers may be made available to other guests by our hotel team.

Children are required to use these areas under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. The specified age restrictions must also be observed when using the gym, Turkish bath and sauna areas. Children may use these facilities only under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians.
• In the event of a medical emergency, accident, or injury, please contact the reception or our staff as soon as possible. The necessary assistance and guidance will be provided in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Please report any technical malfunction, damage, or situation that may pose a safety risk in your room or elsewhere on the premises to our reception team. Our teams will carry out the necessary checks as soon as possible.
• For guest and fire safety reasons, irons are provided to rooms upon request and for a maximum period of one hour. Please return the iron to the relevant staff member after use.
• For guest safety, please pay attention to fire alarms, emergency exit signs, and safety equipment signage. Please do not leave any items that may obstruct passage in corridors, stairways, or emergency exit areas.
